Dans le processus de d\u00e9livrance mat\u00e9rielle (cf ce pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent post<\/a>), nous avions mis une annonce pour du mat\u00e9riel photo sur LBC. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois nous contact alors et, apr\u00e8s avoir parl\u00e9 photo, s’int\u00e9resse \u00e0 notre projet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Chaque annonce avait, en effet, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de roulopa.blogspot.fr ainsi qu’un bref descriptif.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Il nous lance alors le d\u00e9fis suivant : \u00a0\u00bb mais venez au Festival du R\u00eave de l’Aborig\u00e8ne<\/a>!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Qu’\u00e0 cela ne tienne, nous finissons de monter l’association, pr\u00e9sentons notre projet aux organisateurs et commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer une intervention et une pr\u00e9sentation du projet. L’association est retenue au c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Emma\u00fcs ou Sea Sheaperd pour n’en citer que deux parmi la bonne vingtaine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00c7a s’\u00e9tait en Mars… 4 mois plus tard, nous avons une roulotte pr\u00e9sentable (m\u00eame si elle n’est pas encore finie), un discours\u00a0 audible, un merveilleux conte \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter, une \u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles au taquet et un transporteur qui nous fait un super prix pour emmener la roulotte!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nous voici donc en route, jeudi 20 Juillet 2017, pour rejoindre la roulotte, (transport\u00e9e par le tr\u00e8s professionnel William prestige<\/a>) partie le matin m\u00eame, sur le site du festival du R\u00eave de l’Aborig\u00e8ne \u00e0 Airvault dans les Deux S\u00e8vres (79).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/a>Ce festival magique a vu le jour en fusionnant deux autres petits \u00e9v\u00e9nements intimistes regroupant des aficionados du didgeridoo. Cet instrument embl\u00e9matique du peuple aborig\u00e8ne d’Australie est aussi un rappel que nous avons tous et toutes un impact sur notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Quel que soit la grandeur de notre geste, tout compte pour changer le monde, le rendre meilleur et surtout ne pas nuire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

C’est pourquoi, en 2005, le festival devient SANS ALCOOL! oui vous avez bien lu. Cet acte politique rappelle les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts que ces boissons venues d’ailleurs ont caus\u00e9s aux peuples autochtones (aborig\u00e8nes, esquimaux, peuples d’Afrique, indiens d’Am\u00e9rique etc). Et depuis lors, le festival cartonne et plafonne \u00e0 5800 festivaliers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nous ne pouvions pas manquer de faire R\u00eaver aussi et de semer nos petites graines aupr\u00e8s d’un public \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Peut-\u00eatre avions nous aussi besoin de nous lancer, encore, un autre d\u00e9fis et de se prouver que nous pouvions nous projeter dans un cercle hors-amis et famille pour expliquer notre d\u00e9marche. Remarquez, faire comprendre aux festivaliers notre futur mode de vie, notre g\u00eete nomade n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s difficile. Une bonne partie \u00e9tait bouche b\u00e9e et buvait nos paroles et l’autre sortait quasiment la CB pour r\u00e9server un s\u00e9jour!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0J’exag\u00e8re \u00e0 peine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Toujours est-il que nous avons pu promouvoir cet extraordinaire projet et organiser des moments d’\u00e9change gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la projection d’extraits des documentaires de Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Castell <\/a>(les \u00e9ditions du Rocher). Merci \u00e0 lui pour son autorisation en direct live de Mongolie, la veille du d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Les spectateurs ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pouvoir poser leurs questions, parfois mat\u00e9rielles ou organisationnelles (Comment vous laverez-vous? Est-il facile de trouver \u00e0 manger pour les chevaux? Comment ferez-vous pour trouver de l’eau?), que philosophiques voire spirituelles (Partir, n’est-ce pas un peu l\u00e2cher-prise, recouvrer une forme de libert\u00e9? Vous aurez du temps, pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aussi! Quelle est la perception de ce mode de vie de nos jours?).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Toutes ces discussions nous confortent et nous questionnent en m\u00eame temps. Avons-nous bien tout pes\u00e9? Pes\u00e9 les plus et les moins, appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 ce qui ne sera pas planifiable? Appris \u00e0 faire confiance \u00e0 une forme de hasard? Laisser la vie d\u00e9cider et moins s’en faire?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Sur ces deux derniers points, nous apprenons petit \u00e0 petit, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re des roulottiers, \u00e0 ne pas tout pr\u00e9voir, ne pas tout calculer tout le temps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Parfois, le hasard fait bien les choses, la chance nous souris.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Un petit exemple. Alors que nous discutions sur un stand de vendeur de petits instruments de musique (pour animer le conte), Fabienne nous interpelle : \u00ab\u00a0c’est vous qui partez en roulotte?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Et dans la discussion, nous nous rendons compte que Fabienne est une bonne amie de Jack et V\u00e9ro (nous les avions rencontr\u00e9 en Septembre dernier lors d’une f\u00eate des roulottiers \u00e0 la Brouette de K\u00e9rivoal<\/a> pr\u00e8s de Quimper mais aussi au travers de leur histoire immortalis\u00e9e dans le DVD de Jean-Fran\u00e7ois).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Fabienne, des Vosges, nous parle, avec son petit accent de l’Est de ses amis alors qu’ils voyageaient en roulottes; plantant le tipis sous la neige ou traversant la France pour venir la voir.<\/p>\n

Alors, \u00e9pris d’un regard nostalgique, elle annonce :\u00a0\u00bbj’appelle V\u00e9ro, \u00e7a lui fera tellement plaisir!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Faisons confiance au hasard, \u00e0 la destin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

In the process of getting ride of material belongings, we advertized, amongst other things, photographical equipment. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois contacted us and after chatting a bit, asked us about our project.<\/p>\n

Every announcement had a brief description and a link to this blog.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00ab\u00a0Why not come to the \u00ab\u00a0R\u00eave de l’Aborig\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb (the aboriginal dream)?\u00a0\u00bb, he then asked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Why not! We set up the association, present the project to the organizers, start preparing our stand and speech. We actually got selected amongst a couple of dozens projects along side Emma\u00fcs and Sea Sheperd to cite just a few.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

That was back in March… 4 months later, we have a descent horse drawn caravan to present (even though it is not completely finished), a comprehensible speech,\u00a0 a beautiful child tale, a great team of volunteers ready to handle the crowd and a transporter who agreed on a very reazonnable price to bring the caravan!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

July Thursday the 20th, we drive northbound, following the caravan, toward Airvault (south of the Loir valley between Nantes and Angers).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This magical festival was created by the fusion of two smaller events, gathering aficionados of the didgeridoo instrument dear to the aboriginal people. It is also a reminder that we all have an impact on our planet.\u00a0 What ever the greatness of our actions, every one of them counts in order to change the world, make it a better place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is why, in 2015, this festival became an ALCOHOL FREE FESTIVAL! Yes you read it write. This political gesture reminds us of the colossal damages alcohol still have an indiginus tribe such as aborigines, American Indians, Inuit or African people. Since then, the festival submits to 5800 happy dreamers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We could not miss giving them something to dream on and plant our little seeds in there’s willing heads.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Somewhat, we might have needed it to get out there and confront our project and ourselves with the real world. This was yet another challenge. This being said, this particularly welcoming crowd was not so difficult to convince. Most of them were either gobs-maced while drinking our tells like puppie milk the other might as well have flashed there credit cards to book a week with us, would that have been possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I’m not even exagerating a lot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

All in all, we have been able to promote this extraordinary project and we also organized documentary projections on the roulotte itself thanks to the agreement of its director Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Castell <\/a>(les \u00e9ditions du Rocher). Many thanks to him for sending us the go email from Mongolia, just hours before the festival!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Viewers appreciated being able to get answers to there doubts or technical questions.<\/p>\n

(how will you wash?is it difficult to find food for he horses? how will you find water?)<\/p>\n

Other matters were more spirutal.<\/p>\n

(Letting go, isn’t it a way to recover one’s freedom? You will have plenty of time to think! What is the generla public perception of this way of life nowadays?)<\/p>\n

These discussions confronted us with reality as well as they made us realise we were ready emotionally. Balance the goods and bad, appreciate what will not be predictable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Learn to trusted a form of fate. Let life decide and let it happen.<\/p>\n

On those two particular last ideas, we are learning, little by little from other nomads not to always plan things way ahead, stop working everything out all the time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As an example, we were discussing over a stand of small musical instruments (for telling the child tale), Fabienne gets closer and asks us :\u00a0\u00bbare you the ones leaving on the road in a horse drawn caravan?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

As we get to talk, we learn that Fabienne is a dear friend of Jack and Vero, whom we met in September last year at the horse drawn caravan at the Brouette de K\u00e9rivoal<\/a> in Brittany but also through their history immortalized in Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Castell’s DVD).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Fabienne, from theVosges, tells us about her dear nomad friends, who crossed France to plant their tipis under the snow one year, her voice enriched with a gentle eastern accent.<\/p>\n

A nostalgic glance in her yes, she announced :\u00a0\u00bblet’s call v\u00e9ronique, she’ll so pleased!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
